Challenge: set a timer for 10 minutes and write 50 things you are grateful for, or that made you happy, during 2015.
Here’s my 10 minute list:
- Randy is alive.
- My kids are healthy.
- I am still moving and doing (after 2 back surgeries and psoriatic arthritis, it’s not always easy!)
- My darling rescue Goldens, Luke and Lucy.
- True friends.
- Family
- Traveling
- Christmas
- Christmas songs (I am a complete sucker!)
- Christmas movies
- My brother, Michael
- Looking at Christmas lights
- Parmesan Crisps from Whole Foods or Central Market! Yum!
- Greek Salad
- Healthy Food
- Not So Healthy food
- The ocean.
- Wildlife…on land or sea, wildlife makes me happy.
- Scuba diving
- Taking underwater photographs
- Getting a really good photo
- Reconnecting with friends on Facebook!
- Waking up in the morning and seeing Randy and two dogs by my side.
- A phone call or text from Alexandra.
- A phone call or text from Wesley.
- A visit with Alexandra.
- A visit with Wesley.
- Randy’s father being at both Alexandra’s and Wesley’s weddings this year.
- Getting comments, shares, likes on my blog or on HP or other site…I love these!!
- Hugs.
- Sunny days.
- Two beautiful weddings this year.
- Two new family members.
- Designing our holiday card.
- Making movies on AVID or GOPRO Studio.
- Watching (good) movies.
- Buying gifts for people.
- Holiday traditions.
- Contributing my time, energy or money to a good cause.
- Kindness in any form.
- Seeing love between people.
- Reading books.
- Sitting in front of a fire
- Hot Chocolate
- A REAL Coca Cola.
- Being adopted by wonderful people.
- My housekeeper, Irene. I don’t know what I’d do without her, my spine is not domestic friendly.
- Kitties and Puppies.
- Helping others.
- Support from those I love.
- Massage.
- Facials.
- Stretching.
