The event is usually held on the first Saturday of December at 6:00 p.m. and once the tree lights are turned on, you can enjoy lively festive musical shows. Firefighters and policemen watch over the event for attendant’s safety. This is the kind of events that brings family together, so don’t miss it!

Snow in Miami!

That’s why the world famous Coco Walk mall fills the whole area’s streets with artificial snow so children (and grownups) don’t lose the opportunity to live this magic experience. This happens the first three Saturdays of December so if you are in Miami with your kids during this period, bring them with you and teach how to make a huge snow man or have fun throwing snowballs at each other!!

The Seminole Hard Rock Winterfest Boat Parade

This tradition began 41 years ago and since then it is one of the most celebrated events in Miami. Held every December 15, this extraordinary boat parade stars at Stranahan House traveling East along the New River in Fort Lauderdale to the Intracoastal Waterway as it continues North to Lake Santa Barbara in Pompano Beach. Boats are decorated with lights and parade throughout the coastal area. hundreds of thousands of lights, music, entertainment, decorations, celebrities, musical groups, beauty queens and many other exciting entries expected to be viewed by over one million spectators.
