More Vicarious Scuba Diving in Raja Ampat with Travels with Tam. Enduring the state of the world and coronavirus isn’t easy right now, so come and enjoy vicarious scuba diving with me!

I love and am fascinated by feather stars. Feather stars are in the crinoid family, and instead of being attached to the reef, they are free-floating. They are so incredibly beautiful! They float, attach themselves to fans and to coral, while feeding on small food particles in the water.
Not sure if this is a Wunderpus or a Mimic Octopus, but it is eating a Scorpionfish, which can be seen on the left side of the photo, in the middle. It’s very well camouflaged, but you can see it between the arms.
I was taking a photo of this scorpionfish when I realized it was being wrapped with octopus arms!
A Black Spotted Puffer!
Blue and Green Chromis are gorgeous small coral dwellers.
I think the Fimbriated Eel is one of the most beautiful in the eel family. I love this photo, what a great view of its teeth! I hate to disappoint, but this eel is simply breathing, and I got the photo when she had her mouth open.
Tiny Tassled Scorpionfish juvenile.
Giant Moray being cleaned, see the shrimp on it’s left gill?
I was thrilled to get this photo of a Minute Filefish! Only about an inch in length, it is a tough subject to photograph when you have lousy eyesight!
Check out this bizarre, large Papuan Scorpionfish!
This is a Damselfish, but hard to ID. I think it is a Reticulated Damsel.
Octopus camouflage incredibly well!
