Dallas Blooms has returned at the Dallas Arboretum until April 16!
I love the spring at the Dallas Arboretum because it brings Dallas Blooms, the largest floral festival in the Southwest. This year Dallas Blooms returns February 25-April 16, with 500,000 spring-blooming bulbs, thousands of azaleas and hundreds of Japanese cherry trees and a NEW exhibition of Gary Lee Price’s Great Contributors, including Ruby Bridges, Harriet Tubman, Mother Teresa and Amelia Earhart. The Rory Meyers Children’s Adventure Garden also reopens on February 25. Come for the flowers and stay for fun during Dallas Blooms.
The Dallas Arboretum is more than just beautiful flowers and trees. They have a Children’s Garden, and events all year round. The Food & Wine Festival begins on Thursday, March 23, 2023. This food-filled festival features an evening with over three dozen top Dallas chefs serving their delectable dishes, an amazing selection of wine & beer and entertainment during the height of Dallas Blooms. How is that for incredible?
Then you have Cool Thursdays! Don’t miss the most spectacular view of the sunset over White Rock Lake while enjoying bands from all over the country. Grab your friends, pack a picnic and make this your Thursday night routine. With the return of your favorites and some exciting new bands, you won’t be able to stay seated. That’s right – our dance floor is open! Spring gates open at 6pm and concerts begin at 7:30pm.
How about cooking classes with amazing Dallas Chefs? A Tasteful Place awaits you. It almost makes me want to cook, but I prefer to sample the goodies! No matter which event you want to attend, or if you want to attend them all, the Dallas Arboretum is the place to be in Dallas this spring and summer.
