My FAVORITE event of the year is the Texas State Fair! The @statefairoftx is my jam. Always has been, always will be. I’m such a die hard fan that I map out new foods and a route every year. 🤓The State Fair Of Texas is one of the largest seasonal events for Dallas with over 2 million visitors annually! With all the fried foods you can imagine, games, rides, shopping, concerts, light shows, parades and people watching, it’s sure to capture your attention!
The Arroz Con Leche (Sweet Crispy Rice) by The Garza Family was my favorite item this year! Cinnamon rice balls are battered, coated in crispy puffed rice cereal and fried. It’s topped with powdered vanilla and comes with vanilla ice cream! Then it’s drizzled with caramel sauce and cinnamon!
I’m also a huge fan of Fried Taste Of Autumn Pie (pictures), @fletcherscornydogs and Mexican Firecrackers. Enjoy the images of the 2018 Texas State Fair! Can’t wait for 2019!
