Visiting New Braunfels, Texas, and taking a trip down the Guadalupe was amazing!
Gruene Hall was built in 1878 and is “the oldest continually run dance hall in Texas”. Music nightly in this historic district located in New Braunfels, Texas!

I met the owners at the Krause Biergarten in New Braunfels, they were such lovely people. The atmosphere is lively and fun so be sure to eat there!

After my fantastic trip photographing Mantas with the Queen of Mantas, I stayed for a few days of relaxation at the Westin Los Cabos Resort Villa and Spa. I highly recommend this beautiful paradise to anyone heading to Los Cabos!
Photographing a Giant Manta! How I love it!
San Benedicto Island is part of the Revillagigedos Archipelago, and is my favorite dive spot. This incredible photo is from a drone. Uninhabited, it is a volcanic site.


My incredible trip to St Simon’s Island in Georgia was highlighted by my stay at the King and Prince Beach and Golf Resort! I fell in love with the historic hotel, the island, and the people.

The wildlife on St Simon’s Island is fascinating. I loved these beautiful white pelicans.
Georgetown, Texas is such a wonderful small town, an hour north of Austin. Historical, beautiful, and so much fun to visit!
Always watch for Georgetown’s Poppy Festival!

A travel dream come true: Viking River Cruises trip on the Elegant Elbe! It was everything I always dreamed it would be with wonderful people, great food, and fantastic tours.
My friend Suzanne Stavert of Adventures of Empty Nesters accompanied me on this Viking adventure, and we had a great time.
The Brandenburg Gate in Berlin is most beautiful at night! Berlin is a wonderful city, worth a good long visit!

I loved Dresden. This is the incredible Fürstenzug (Procession of Princes), a huge tribute to the rulers of Saxony. Originally painted in the late 1800s, the images were replaced with 23,000 Meissen porcelain tiles! It is 335 feet or 102 meters long, the largest porcelain artwork on the planet!

Florence on the Elbe is a good way to describe Dresden! The wineries are beautiful and right on the river.
The Hunting Lodge in Moritzburg was breathtaking.
Wittenburg was a lovely place to visit, the history of Protestantism and the religion itself was born here.
Castle Church, where Martin Luther nailed his 95 theses about the abuses of the Roman Catholic Church. His action changed the world.
Here are the doors where Luther nailed his theses. They are now engraved.
The Bridge of Spies is between Berlin and Potsdam.
The National Cathedral located at the Prague Castle.

After our cruise Suzanne and I took a trip to Budapest, a city I have always wanted to visit. The view of the city and the beautiful Danube River is stunning.
From a boat ride, the Budapest Parliament Building in a storm. It was so dramatic!

The gorgeous Ritz Carlton on Elizabeth Park, the Pest side of Budapest. Our stay here was as luxurious as you can imagine!

An amazing Longlure Frogfish. I stayed there almost the whole dive, taking at least 50 photos of this fish!
I took a PADI class on Coral Restoration with Cozumel Coral Reef Restoration! I plan to continue my volunteer work to regrow coral.

Lake Tahoe was my last trip of the year! My next adventure? Becoming a grandparent for the second time! My daughter is due in January, so I’ll be staying put until that baby gets here!
